Moon Lotto operates under the legal framework of Austrian gambling and sports betting laws.
We are licensed to provide betting services in accordance with the NÖ WettG (Lower Austrian Betting Act) dated May 27, 2020 (LGBl. Nr. 58/2020) and the license approval issued on December 10, 2020 (IVW1-Wett-47/001-2020) by the Lower Austrian Government.

All betting and gaming rights as outlined under §§ 6 to 12b of the Austrian Gambling Act are the exclusive rights of the Federal Government.
